SMITH\/AFP via Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5>OAN Newsroom<br \/>UPDATED 1:20 PM PT \u2013 Saturday, October 23, 2021<\/h5>\n<p>Kamala Harris is yelled at while delivering a speech on Joe Biden\u2019s Build Back Better agenda.<\/p>\n<p>While delivering a speech in New York City on Friday, Harris was interrupted by a heckler who said he was enraged by the Biden administration. The heckler said he was furious with the failing infrastructure in his city that led to the tragic deaths of 13 people after Hurricane Ida tore through the area last month.<\/p>\n<p>Despite Harris\u2019 best efforts to gain control of the situation, she froze as the man continued his criticism. She then offered to speak with him after she finished giving her comments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEight families drowned here in Queens,\u201d said the heckler. \u201cIt could have been prevented if we had the right infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou are right, brother,\u201d Harris responded.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am right about that,\u201d he said before Harris agreed.<\/p>\n<p>Following the exchange, several Secret Service Agents reportedly ushered the man out of the room.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Vice President <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KamalaHarris?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@KamalaHarris<\/a> visited the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bronx?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bronx<\/a> to discuss the Build Back Better Agenda. A heckler was removed by the secret service and protesters waited outside.
