During an interview on Wednesday, the former ambassador to the United Nations discussed Harris\u2019 effort to organize federal workers into unions.<\/p>\n<p>Haley warned this will lead to liberal union bosses gaining power, not individual employees. Earlier on Wednesday, Harris unveiled new policies aimed to \u201cremove barriers to organizing in the federal workplace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe, as it relates to new hires, have decided and are committed to making sure they will be told at the time of being hired if they are eligible to join a union,\u201d Harris stated. \u201cThey will be given contact information and they will be informed of their rights.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Every worker deserves the choice to join a union\u2014and our country is better when more workers are union members.
