During his visit to Scranton, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, he claimed, yet again, to have friendly relations with railway workers.<\/p>\n<p>Biden claimed his highly publicized conversation with an Amtrak worker took place \u201cseven-years into his vice presidency,\u201d which would be 2015. However, that specific person died in 2014.
