(Hyosub Shin\/Atlanta Journal-Constitution via AP, File)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5>OAN Newsroom<br \/>UPDATED 2:19 PM PT \u2013 Thursday, October 14, 2021<\/h5>\n<p>Election integrity group, VoterGA, is set to appeal a court ruling to toss a lawsuit challenging suspected fraud in Georgia\u2019s Fulton County.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, Judge Brian Amero dismissed the lawsuit by VoterGA that sought to examine 147,000 absentee ballots cast in Fulton County for suspected fraud. The judge said the group had no legal standing and it failed to allege a particularized injury.<\/p>\n<p>However, VoterGA claimed it does have evidence that tens-of-thousands of ballots lacked chain of custody documents, making those ballots illegitimate.
