However, council members voted \u2018no,\u2019 making New Hampshire the first state to reject federal funds to push vaccination.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve already voted against it once,\u201d stated Joe Kenney, (R) New Hampshire, Executive Councilor. \u201cAgain, my concern is the central vaccine registration mandates in the contract and I don\u2019t want to see the Biden administration dictate to New Hampshire what it should do and what it shouldn\u2019t do.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Executive Councilor <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JosephKenneyNH?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@JosephKenneyNH<\/a>, (R) Union, continues to lean &#8220;no&#8221; on the $27M in federal funding to boost NH&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/COVID19?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#COVID19<\/a> vaccination rate.
