These employees would retain seniority if they ever wanted to come back to the airline.<\/p>\n<p>Six employees <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2021\/09\/24\/politics\/united-airlines-employees-vaccine-mandate-lawsuit\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filed a lawsuit<\/a> last month.
