Everybody talks to him. His name was Lou,\u201d said a resident of Collier Township, Ken Bock. \u201cHe has been here for as long as I can remember.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Louis Vignone was delivering a round of mail in a neighborhood near Pittsburgh when a man with a vendetta came for revenge. Officials said the 58-year-old mail carrier was shot multiple times, including in the head. One neighbor and her husband found Vignone on the ground.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect, identified as Eric Kortz, turned himself into authorities and reportedly admitted to shooting the postal worker as he was driving by. Kortz said he shot Vignone because he believed the mail carrier poisoned him and his family with cyanide back when they were neighbors.<\/p>\n<p>However, the situation still left neighbors wondering whether there was more behind the shooting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe [Vignone] was just doing his job,\u201d said Bock.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This is Louis Vignone, the mail carrier who was shot and killed while he was on his route in Collier Township.
