The video also references false claims that have previously been debunked.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Facebook post contains a video titled \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/100070601702768\/videos\/1862700320592549\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NICK FLEMING RV RELEASED! TRUMP GETS BACK TO OVAL OFFICE CONFIRMED<\/a>\u201d that has garnered over 10,000 views as of press time. The video features footage of a person speaking, though out-of-sync with the narrator, while a slideshow of various images plays.<\/p>\n<p>At no point does the narrator in the video provide evidence for the claim made in the title and caption. Check Your Fact has <a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/06\/08\/fact-check-joe-biden-impeaching-covid-vaccines-china\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">previously debunked<\/a> Facebook posts with videos whose titles make allegations that do not appear in the videos themselves. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/07\/21\/fact-check-donald-trump-statement-tom-brady-shady\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Did Donald Trump Release A Statement Calling Tom Brady \u2018Shady\u2019?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Joe Biden, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kAIqT_0_7p8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">took office<\/a> Jan. 20, is still president. His public schedule, <a href=\"https:\/\/factba.se\/biden\/calendar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">available on Factba.se<\/a>, shows he continues to perform presidential duties, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/video\/2021\/10\/06\/president-biden-meets-with-business-leaders-over-the-debt-ceiling.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">meeting<\/a> on Wednesday with CEOs regarding the debt ceiling and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcchicago.com\/news\/local\/chicago-politics\/what-to-know-about-president-bidens-visit-to-chicago-area\/2630869\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">traveling<\/a> to Chicago on Thursday to deliver remarks about the mandate for employers with over 100 employees to require COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing.<\/p>\n<p>There have also been no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donaldjtrump.com\/news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">press releases<\/a> from Trump about getting \u201cback to Oval Office\u201d recently or <a href=\"https:\/\/news.google.com\/search?q=trump%20oval%20office&amp;hl=en-US&amp;gl=US&amp;ceid=US%3Aen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reports<\/a> from major media outlets about such a thing occurring. The title and caption of the Facebook video seem to reference the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/factcheck-trump-reinstated\/fact-check-claimstrump-will-be-reinstated-on-august-13stem-from-debunked-conspiracy-theories-idUSL1N2OV1W3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">baseless<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/factcheck\/2021\/07\/23\/fact-check-trump-not-reinstated-president-august\/8060880002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">conspiracy<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/nicholasreimann\/2021\/08\/13\/qanon-marked-friday-as-trump-reinstatement-day-here-are-other-flop-predictions-of-trumps-return\/?sh=69dedf032a77\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">theory<\/a> that Trump will be reinstated as president this fall.<\/p>\n<p>During the video itself, the narrator makes false claims, including that Biden is not in charge of the U.S. military. Biden is, however, the commander-in-chief of the military, as prescribed in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.gov\/founding-docs\/constitution-transcript\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Article II, Section 2<\/a> of the Constitution.
