Authorities made the announcement on Wednesday, saying 18-year-old Timothy Simpkins had been apprehended by police and was now being charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.<\/p>\n<p>The three victims who received treatment at the hospital are all said to be in good condition and are expected to recover. One of the four total victims denied treatment. Additionally, all students have now been evacuated from Timberview High School.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The suspect has been taken into custody without incident and charged with multiple counts of Aggravated Assault with a gun. What we believe happened, preliminary, is that there was a fight between a student and another individual in a class and a gun was used, and there are four victims,\u201d said Asst. Police Chief Kevin Kolbye.<\/p>\n<p>Police said they\u2019ve searched the school and found no additional weapons.
