Petito\u2019s body was found September 19 at a campsite at the Teton-Bridger National Forest in Wyoming. A coroner declared her death a homicide and Laundrie has disappeared.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/petito-family-lawyer-brian-laundrie-used-gabbys-bank-card-three-days-after-she-was-last-seen\">reports<\/a> emerged. Laundrie used Petito\u2019s bank card in Wyoming just three days after she was last seen alive, her family\u2019s lawyer said Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can look at his state of mind by his actions,\u201d Petito family attorney Richard Stafford said on the \u201cDr. Phil\u201d show on CBS-TV. \u201cHe ran, he stole her credit card, he used her credit card to get home, and then ran from the police. That\u2019s going to show a lot what he was thinking back then.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Federal authorities in Wyoming&nbsp; issued an arrest warrant on September 23 for Laundrie for allegedly using a stolen card \u201con or about August 30, 2021, through and including on or about September 1, 2021\u201d when he \u201cobtained things of value aggregating to $1,000 or more.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In another development, Laundrie\u2019s sister on Tuesday implored her fugitive brother to hand himself in to police.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would tell my brother to just come forward and get us out of this horrible mess,\u201d Cassie Laundrie told \u201cGood Morning America\u201d in an interview. \u201cI worry about him. I hope he\u2019s okay \u2014 and then I\u2019m angry,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>And Dog the Bounty Hunter said he believes that Laundrie is still alive because he\u2019s a \u201csurvivalist.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would assume, you know, he is alive. Not alive and doing well but he\u2019s alive,\u201d the reality TV star, whose real name is Duane Chapman, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2021\/10\/04\/dog-the-bounty-hunter-brian-laundrie-alive-not-well-survivalist\/\">told<\/a> TMZ on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>And in another development, a Florida engineer who claimed to have talked to Laundrie on the Appalachian Trail told the Post on Tuesday that he will meet with the FBI. \u201cI\u2019ll be meeting them either Tuesday or Wednesday in North Carolina,\u201d Dennis Davis said.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Daily Wire is one of America\u2019s fastest-growing conservative media companies and counter-cultural outlets for news, opinion, and entertainment.
