The Louisiana health care system said it\u2019s prepared to launch the \u201cspousal COVID vaccine fee\u201d in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The fee would affect employees whose spouses are on the hospital\u2019s plans, reportedly charging an additional $200 each month or $100 each pay period.
