The Associated Press-NORC Centers for Public Affairs research survey on Friday showed only 38 percent of Independent voters supports how Biden conducted his job, while 49 percent disapproved.<\/p>\n<p>This has been a notable decline from polling back in July, which showed 62 percent of Independents approved of Biden.
