Pete Ricketts of Nebraska&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/governor.nebraska.gov\/press\/gov-ricketts-signs-redistricting-bills\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">signed<\/a> his state\u2019s map into law Thursday. While Nebraska remains a largely Republican state overall, the new 2nd district would have <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Redistrict\/status\/1443673384899031043\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gone for President Joe Biden<\/a> in 2020.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7293873\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" readability=\"32\">\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-7293873\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Courtesy of the Nebraska Legislature.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The opposite, however, is the case in Maine.<\/p>\n<p>Democratic Gov. Janet Mills of Maine signed her state\u2019s map into law Wednesday, and though Maine remains a largely Democratic state, former President Donald Trump would have won Maine\u2019s new 2nd district in 2020. But Democratic Rep.
