Coupled with attacks against school board members and educators for approving policies for masks to protect the health and safety of students and school employees, many public school officials are also facing physical threats because of propaganda purporting the false inclusion of critical race theory within classroom instruction and curricula.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis propaganda continues despite the fact that critical race theory is not taught in public schools and remains a complex law school and graduate school subject well beyond the scope of a K-12 class,\u201d the NSBA insisted.<\/p>\n<p>Later in the letter, the group implies that the attacks are coordinated and demands a Justice Department-wide investigation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\" readability=\"22.892916666667\">\n<div class=\"column\" readability=\"40.915\">\n<p>\u201cAs such, NSBA requests a joint expedited review by the U.S. Departments of Justice, Education, and Homeland Security, along with the appropriate training, coordination, investigations, and enforcement mechanisms from the FBI, including any technical assistance necessary from, and state and local coordination with, its National Security Branch and Counterterrorism Division, as well as any other federal agency with relevant jurisdictional authority and oversight,\u201d the group said.<\/p>\n<p>The Loudon County incident, though, involved an arrest after the meeting, which involved a loud, but largely peaceful demonstration was declared an \u201cunlawful assembly\u201d by the board itself, a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/watch-parents-protesting-crt-trans-ideology-arrested-after-loudoun-county-school-board-shuts-down-meeting\">s the Daily Wire reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Loudoun County School Board ended the public comment section of its June 22 meeting on a unanimous vote after Chair Brenda L.
