Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), COVID-19 vaccines are not working as advertised by the Biden administration. During a speech on the Senate floor Wednesday, the senator said coronavirus cases and deaths had dropped before the vaccines were introduced earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe federal agencies have not been transparent,\u201d he stated. \u201cThey have not given the American public information that we need to make an informed choice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Wisconsin lawmaker claimed the resurgence of infections this summer happened after roughly half of U.S. population was vaccinated. He stressed this is not how immunity works and said something is not right.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe all hoped and prayed that the vaccine would be 100 percent effective and 100 percent safe,\u201d said the Republican lawmaker. \u201cBut when we look at this chart as the pandemic is winding down with the percent of fully vaccinated individuals is going up, you would think what you would see is just a complete winding down of the pandemic. But that\u2019s not what we\u2019ve seen.
