Hopefully justice will finally be served,\u201d Liz Harrington, a spokeswoman for former President Trump, told the Daily Caller News Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>Durham <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/16\/lawyer-democratic-indicted-lying-fbi-russia-john-durham-donald-trump\/\">indicted Michael Sussman<\/a> on a single charge of lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation about who he was representing when he delivered information about alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russia through Alfa Bank on Sept. 16.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" readability=\"9.4545454545455\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Breaking-Michael Sussman pleaded not guilty to one count of making false statements to a federal agent.<br \/>Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui ordered Mr. Sussman released on his own recognizance under certain standard conditions.<br \/>Sussman faces faces up to five years in prison if convicted<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Jake Gibson (@JakeBGibson) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JakeBGibson\/status\/1438889148463656967?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 17, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Sussman <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/17\/hillary-clinton-lawyer-dnc-michael-sussman-lying-fbi-durham-probe-robert-mueller-trump-russia-collusion\/\">entered a not guilty plea<\/a> the following day.
