The original photo shows Reynolds wearing a shirt with the text, \u201cThis is your shot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Reynolds, famous for starring in movies such as \u201cGreen Lantern\u201d and \u201cDeadpool,\u201d has <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2016\/film\/news\/ryan-reynolds-election-voting-trump-canada-1201940304\/\">previously<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/video\/ryan-reynolds-talks-donald-trump-965347\/\">criticized<\/a> former President Donald Trump. For instance, in a January 2017 interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/video\/ryan-reynolds-talks-donald-trump-965347\/\">Hollywood Reporter<\/a>, when asked if he was \u201chappy to be a Canadian\u201d since Trump had been elected president, he answered, \u201cI am mildly terrified, like a lot of people, and also equally and mildly hopeful.\u201d He further stated in the interview that Trump\u2019s values do not align with his own.<\/p>\n<p>The image on Facebook depicts Reynolds wearing a black t-shirt with the words \u201cIt wasn\u2019t rigged, you\u2019re just a loser\u201d on it. It appears to be a reference to <a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2020\/11\/06\/fact-check-election-fraud-voting\/\">baseless<\/a> claims <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/election-2020-ap-fact-check-joe-biden-donald-trump-technology-49a24edd6d10888dbad61689c24b05a5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pushed by Trump<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2021\/08\/17\/1027747378\/death-threats-and-conspiracy-theories-why-2020-wont-end-for-election-officials\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">some of his supporters<\/a> that the 2020 election was \u201crigged\u201d or stolen.&nbsp;<strong><a title=\"TRUMPLESS\u2019 SHIRT?\" href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/09\/15\/fact-check-chris-evans-keep-america-trumpless-shirt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Does This Image Show Chris Evans Wearing A \u2018Keep America Trumpless\u2019 Shirt?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The text on the t-shirt in the image, however, has been doctored, seemingly as an <a href=\"https:\/\/ourstyle.us\/loser?fbclid=IwAR2mILGPWvkgPfWBxnfIl95_fUEnGLGp5IG1J5LGDNDJj_2dNjvgBUMJXJ4&amp;s=hanes-5250&amp;c=Black&amp;p=FRONT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">advertisement<\/a> for the t-shirt. Through a reverse image search, Check Your Fact found the original photo posted by Reynolds on his verified&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/vancityreynolds\/status\/1387365343534977024?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twitter account<\/a> in April.
