On Tuesday, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody filed a lawsuit alongside Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) to demand Biden to uphold federal law and protect our border.<\/p>\n<p>The suit alleged Catch and Release policies hurt the Sunshine State because incoming migrants would cost the state\u2019s taxpayers millions of dollars. Moody asserted these problems would not be tolerated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t care if it is extreme incompetence, if it is radical liberal policy agenda, no one, let me repeat that, no one is above the law,\u201d she expressed. \u201cWe are seeing dramatic effects at our border.
