The lawsuit was filed in 2018, but Grey died in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCarrington accused the men in Manhattan Federal Court of sexually assaulting his \u2018na\u00efve 21-year-old, vulnerable, sheltered, big-eyed and bushy-tailed\u2019 self in 2010 while making his failed reality TV show \u2018The Life of a Trendsetter\u201d\u2019 and in 2015 when he claims he made a deal for a second show,\u201d the Daily News reported.<\/p>\n<p>Those allegations, however, turned out to be lies, authorities said when charging Carrington with perjury.<\/p>\n<p>Carrington wrote in his lawsuit, which was dismissed, that he was a \u201cyoung, very good looking, mixed-race, charismatic young kid, who happened to be a talented writer and musician,\u201d and that he was a descendant of \u201cThree Stooges\u201d star Moe Howard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs such, with a pocket full of dough, but zero studio experience to speak of, Plaintiff was easy prey,\u201d Carrington\u2019s lawsuit claimed, adding that \u201cthe executives of Paramount\/Viacom wasted little time exploiting\u201d him.<\/p>\n<p>Carrington claimed in the lawsuit that Grey and Graden strung him along, making him think they were interested in producing his work when all they really wanted was \u201cSexual gratification.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA federal judge last year dismissed Carrington\u2019s lawsuit, barred him from refiling the case, and ordered him to pay $600,000 in legal fees to Grey\u2019s and Graden\u2019s lawyers,\u201d the Daily News reported.<\/p>\n<p>Carrington offered emails as evidence of his claim. The emails, from 2011, included messages with a friend where he discussed the sexual abuse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can\u2019t properly sit down after being viciously assaulted yet again by that two sided s\u2013t Brad [Grey]. This was too far. Too damn far,\u201d said one email, provided to authorities by Carrington. \u201cThat bastard can\u2019t take NO for an answer \u00adand he remains using his title to force himself onto me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Carrington\u2019s friend, who was also made up, purportedly replied: \u201cYou like working don\u2019t you ? [Executive-1] picked you. Keep it that way. Don\u2019t upset him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say the emails were fabricated. Carrington was never able to produce original copies of the emails.<\/p>\n<p>Law &amp; Crime <a href=\"https:\/\/lawandcrime.com\/awkward\/self-described-descendant-of-three-stooges-star-allegedly-faked-emails-in-court-to-fabricate-sex-abuse-claims-against-hollywood-elites\/\">reported<\/a> that U.S. District Judge Katherine Polk Failla, who ordered Carrington to pay Grey and Graden\u2019s legal fees, wrote that the \u201cemails were fabricated,\u201d which was \u201cbad enough\u201d even before Carrington attempted to cover-up his deceit with a \u201cstream of lies\u201d he told the court.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn some instances, Carrington invented the email exchanges entirely,\u201d Southern District of New York special agent&nbsp;Yves Hunziker&nbsp;wrote in the complaint against Carrington. \u201cIn other instances, Carrington altered existing email exchanges.
