Mike Dunleavy said that his \u201cadministration is aggressively identifying every tool at our disposal\u201d to fight back against Biden\u2019s mandate, The <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/middle-east-africa-business-health-egypt-3880e134c96f16c796884f2801dee030\">Associated Press<\/a> reported. He referred to the vaccine requirement as \u201cill conceived, divisive, and un-American\u201d and said that \u201cforced medical procedures run counter to our collective sense of fairness and liberty.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arizona<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arizona became the first state to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/14\/joe-biden-coronavirus-vaccine-mandate-arizona-mark-brnovich\/\">sue the administration<\/a> over vaccine mandates. The complaint, which was filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court of Arizona, stated that the vaccine mandate is unconstitutional because the same requirements do not apply to migrants crossing the southern border.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe federal government cannot force people to get the COVID-19 vaccine,\u201d Republican Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich said in a statement. \u201cThe Biden Administration is once again flouting our laws and precedents to push their radical agenda.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mississippi\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mississippi vowed to join other states in a lawsuit against the Biden administration. Republican Gov. Tate Reeves called the mandate \u201cclearly unconstitutional\u201d and said that he expects the Supreme Court to rule that the vaccine requirement is against the law, The <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/middle-east-africa-business-health-egypt-3880e134c96f16c796884f2801dee030\">Associated Press<\/a> reported. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/09\/biden-vaccine-mandate-gop-republican\/\">(RELATED: \u2018He Lied\u2019: RNC Will Sue Biden Over Vaccine Mandate)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Montana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen \u201cwill be exploring all possible legal avenues\u201d to fight against the vaccine mandate, spokesperson Emilee Cantrell told the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/09\/republican-states-legal-options-joe-biden-vaccine-mandate\/\">Daily Caller News Foundation<\/a>. Cantrell referred to the administration\u2019s rule as a \u201clawless mandate which infringes on our rights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Knudsen promised to sue the administration once the full guidelines of the vaccine mandate are released, according to The Associated Press.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indiana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBiden\u2019s decision to demand American workers get vaccinated or risk losing their jobs is what one would expect of dictators in a banana republic,\u201d Indiana Attorney General Todd Rikota said. \u201cIn IN we do not rule by fiat, and I will not allow the president to destroy our guaranteed freedoms and our economy at the same time.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Biden\u2019s decision to demand American workers get vaccinated or risk losing their jobs is what one would expect of dictators in a banana republic. We will not tolerate Biden\u2019s tyrannical rule. The lines are clear, this is Joe Biden\u2019s unlawful agenda versus the American people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All of the states listed above have signed the Republican Attorneys General letter.
