The Times called the story \u201cunsubstantiated\u201d when its article on the FEC\u2019s decision was first published early Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Federal Election Commission has dismissed Republican accusations that Twitter violated election laws in October by blocking people from posting links to an unsubstantiated New York Post article about Joseph R.
