The commission also ruled that there was \u201cno information that Twitter coordinated\u201d with the Biden campaign in censoring the story. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/10\/29\/cybersecurity-expert-authenticates-hunter-biden-burisma-email\/\">(RELATED: EXCLUSIVE: NY Post\u2019s \u2018Smoking Gun\u2019 Hunter Biden Email 100% Authentic, Forensic Analysis Concludes)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not clear how many of the six FEC commissioners ruled to dismiss the complaint. FEC Deputy Press Officer Christian Hilland declined to comment to the Daily Caller News Foundation when asked for a copy of the decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce an enforcement matter is resolved, the FEC has up to 30 days to post the related documents on our website,\u201d Hilland said.<\/p>\n<p>There is no evidence that the New York Post obtained the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/10\/14\/email-reveals-how-hunter-biden-introduced-ukrainian-biz-man-to-dad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">smoking gun<\/a>\u201d email, which Hunter Biden received in April 2015 from an executive of a Ukrainian gas company discussing an introduction to then-Vice President Joe Biden, from a hack.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Biden has never <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/10\/18\/hunter-biden-laptop-delaware-repair-shop\/\">addressed<\/a> the authenticity of a 2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ComputerRepair-Invoice-Hunter-Biden-2.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all&amp;w=720\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">repair quote<\/a>&nbsp;containing his signature authorizing a Delaware computer repair shop to move data from his Macbook Pro to a store server.<\/p>\n<p>The owner of the repair shop said he provided the contents of the laptop\u2019s hard drive to a lawyer for former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani after Hunter Biden failed to retrieve his computer. The repair shop owner also said federal authorities seized the laptop in December 2019.<\/p>\n<p>A cybersecurity expert told the DCNF in October that the email at the center of the New York Post\u2019s story is unquestionably authentic. The expert, Robert Graham, was able to test the DKIM signature within the email\u2019s metadata against a private key on Google\u2019s servers, proving the email\u2019s legitimacy.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Biden told <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/04\/04\/hunter-biden-laptop-denial\/\">CBS<\/a> in April that he does not remember dropping his laptop off at the Delaware computer repair shop in 2019, but added that the device \u201ccertainly\u201d could be his.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/12\/09\/hunter-biden-investigation-taxes\/\">revealed<\/a> in December that federal prosecutors in Delaware were investigating his \u201ctax affairs.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6965300\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" readability=\"37\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6965300\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-6965300 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/dorsey-testify-e1594921469840-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"WASHINGTON, DC - SEPTEMBER 5: Twitter chief executive officer Jack Dorsey testifies during a House Committee on Energy and Commerce hearing about Twitter&#039;s transparency and accountability, on Capitol Hill, September 5, 2018 in Washington, DC.
