Most notably, Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/09\/joe-biden-require-private-companies-100-more-employees-mandate-vaccines-weekly-testing-coronavirus\/\">said that all<\/a> employers with 100 or more employees will have to ensure workers are vaccinated or test them weekly, and heavy fines can be given out for those that don\u2019t comply.<\/p>\n<p>One day after the president\u2019s announcement, White House coronavirus response team coordinator Jeff Zients and White House press secretary Jen Psaki <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/09\/10\/white-house-wont-rule-out-vax-mandate-for-domestic-travel\/\">wouldn\u2019t<\/a> rule out the option of requiring vaccine or tests for domestic U.S. flights. Zients noted that the administration isn\u2019t \u201ctaking any measures off the table\u201d while Psaki said they\u2019ll \u201ccontinue to look for ways to save more lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/08\/fauci-motorcycle-rally-south-dakota-obama-party\/\">Fauci<\/a>, on the other hand, didn\u2019t beat around the bush, telling the \u201cSkimm This\u201d podcast that he backs mandating vaccines for travel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would support that, if you want to get on a plane and travel with other people that you should be vaccinated,\u201d Fauci said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CTvajgzDqnx\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"13\" readability=\"-10.056338028169\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>The interview with Fauci was taped on Friday and will be released in full Thursday,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/policy\/healthcare\/571902-fauci-says-he-would-support-vaccine-requirements-for-air-travel\">according<\/a> to The Hill.<\/p>\n<p>Democratic Virginia Rep. Don Beyer introduced a bill last week calling for those traveling by air or train to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test prior to traveling. The bill also requires employees to do the same in order to work.<\/p>\n<p>There appears to be growing concern within the Biden administration over the delta variant, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/health-58354342\">makes up<\/a> over 99% of cases in the U.S. The administration has repeatedly dubbed the current situation as a pandemic of the unvaccinated, with Biden declaring in his most recent speech last week that the newest measures will \u201cprotect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated co-workers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During that speech, the president sharply criticized unvaccinated Americans, warning that \u201cour patience is wearing thin.\u201d <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/05\/13\/joe-biden-wear-mask-get-coronavirus-vaccine\/\">(RELATED:&nbsp;\u2018The Choice Is Yours\u2019: In Line With CDC\u2019s Mask Guidance, Biden Gives Americans An Ultimatum On Vaccines)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd your refusal has cost all of us,\u201d Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/speeches-remarks\/2021\/09\/09\/remarks-by-president-biden-on-fighting-the-covid-19-pandemic-3\/\">said<\/a>. \u201cSo, please, do the right thing. But just don\u2019t take it from me; listen to the voices of unvaccinated Americans who are lying in hospital beds, taking their final breaths, saying, \u2018If only I had gotten vaccinated.
