Speaking during a 9\/11 remembrance ceremony in Virginia on Friday, Wray said the agency had become stronger, smarter and better able to confront any threats.<\/p>\n<p>Wray added under the leadership of former director Robert Mueller, the FBI adopted the mentality of doing everything it could to prevent regrets.
