He lied,\u201d McDaniel said in a statement, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/rnc-announces-intention-to-sue-biden-admin-over-vaccine-mandates\">according<\/a> to Fox News. \u201cNow small businesses, workers, and families across the country will pay the price.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLike many Americans, I am pro-vaccine and anti-mandate,\u201d the chairwoman added. \u201cMany small businesses and workers do not have the money or legal resources to fight Biden\u2019s unconstitutional actions and authoritarian decrees, but when his decree goes into effect, the RNC will sue the administration to protect Americans and their liberties.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden formally announced his dictates to the American people in a speech Thursday evening, when the president, as usual, took no questions from reporters.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is not about freedom or personal choice,\u201d Biden admitted. \u201cIt\u2019s about protecting yourself and those around you, the people you work with, the people you care about, the people you love. My job as president is to protect all Americans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve been patient but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us,\u201d POTUS warned unvaccinated citizens.<\/p>\n<p>As detailed by &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-biden-to-force-private-companies-to-mandate-vaccinations-weekly-covid-tests-report\">The Daily Wire<\/a>, private businesses&nbsp;with at least 100 employees will be forced to require their employees to be vaccinated or submit to weekly COVID-19 tests under a new Biden administration plan. Those who do not comply will be facing massive fines per violation.<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. Labor Department plans to issue an emergency temporary standard in a matter of weeks \u201cimplementing the new requirement, which will cover 80 million private-sector workers,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-biden-to-force-private-companies-to-mandate-vaccinations-weekly-covid-tests-report\">according<\/a> to The Wall Street Journal. \u201cBusinesses that don\u2019t comply can face fines of up to $14,000 per violation,\u201d the report detailed.<\/p>\n<p>The backlash to Biden\u2019s address was fierce. Daily Wire co-founder and CEO Jeremy Boreing, for example, took to Twitter to say he would not comply with President Biden\u2019s dictates.<\/p>\n<p id=\"id__2g29d5luoqq\" class=\"css-901oao r-18jsvk2 r-37j5jr r-1blvdjr r-16dba41 r-vrz42v r-bcqeeo r-bnwqim r-qvutc0\" dir=\"auto\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">\u201cThe Daily Wire has well over 100 employees. We will not enforce Joe Biden\u2019s unconstitutional and tyrannical vaccine mandate,\u201d Boreing wrote. \u201cWe will use every tool at our disposal, including legal action, to resist this overreach. Greg Abbott (R-TX). \u201cI issued an Executive Order protecting Texans\u2019 right to choose whether they get the COVID vaccine &amp; added it to the special session agenda.
