The move saw immediate pushback from Republicans, who cited Biden\u2019s previous vows not to resort to federal vaccine mandates in the U.S. His Thursday order will affect roughly 80 million U.S. workers.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">McDaniel says the president \u201clied\u201d with those vows and that the Republican Party stands ready to sue the Biden administration.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">\u201cJoe Biden told Americans when he was elected that he would not impose vaccine mandates. He lied,\u201d McDaniel said in a statement. \u201cNow small businesses, workers, and families across the country will pay the price.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">\u201cLike many Americans, I am pro-vaccine and anti-mandate,\u201d she added. \u201cMany small businesses and workers do not have the money or legal resources to fight Biden\u2019s unconstitutional actions and authoritarian decrees, but when his decree goes into effect, the RNC will sue the administration to protect Americans and their liberties.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" readability=\"10.179310344828\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Joe Biden told Americans when he was elected that he would not impose vaccine mandates.
