The parent, who wishes to remain anonymous, said Sunday that she\u2019s demanding the substitute resign.<\/p>\n<p>She\u2019s also worried her son could suffer in the long run as the incident happened in front of his entire class. She\u2019s not just scared for her child, but furious it could happen at all. The concerned parent recounted the incident:<\/p>\n<h4><em>\u201cHe went to get a sip of water, forgot to put the mask on. The teacher, then, did not tell him to put it back on or send him to the office. She instead pulled him up in the front of the classroom in front of all of the students and she then taped the mask across the top of his face.\u201d<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>The Las Vegas mother said that a second layer of tape was put on and was only noticed when her child went to the office to pick up homework dropped off by his father. The administration at the school was so alarmed by the tape on the boy\u2019s face, they went and investigated.
