Democratic Rep. Elissa Slotkin narrowly won reelection there in 2020, even as former President Donald Trump carried it by 0.8%, according to Daily Kos&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailykos.com\/stories\/2012\/11\/19\/1163009\/-Daily-Kos-Elections-presidential-results-by-congressional-district-for-the-2012-2008-elections\">election data<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Biden is also down between three and seven points in California\u2019s 10th congressional district, Florida\u2019s 7th, Michigan\u2019s 11th, Virginia\u2019s 2nd and Washington\u2019s 8th, all of which he carried in 2020 and all of which are represented by Democrats. He is down by eight in Iowa-3, a district held by Democratic Rep. The data comes amid a chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan and a sharp surge in coronavirus cases and deaths, which Biden blamed for worse-than-expected August job numbers.<\/p>\n<p>Republicans hold a six-point advantage on a generic congressional ballot, and Democrats\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/24\/democrats-house-of-representatives-joe-biden-budget-infrastructure-stalemate-nancy-pelosi-moderates-congress\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">$3.5 trillion budget<\/a>, currently being debated in Congress, is 18 points underwater as well, far lower than <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/12\/majority-americans-support-democrats-3-5-trillion-budget-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">other polls<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While the numbers come from a partisan-aligned group, they show Democrats down in the House as the party seeks to hold its narrow majority in 2022.
