Nauman Hussain, 31, pleaded guilty on Thursday to criminally negligent homicide and will serve five years probation.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, Hussain was transporting a group of birthday party attendees to a brewery in Upstate New York. The limo\u2019s brakes failed while going downhill, which caused it to crash into a ravine killing all passengers. However, the National Transportation Safety Board put much of the blame on his employer, Prestige Limousine, for allegedly not properly servicing the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors said Hussain had been served \u201cmultiple notices of violations\u201d before the unfortunate event.
