Photos obtained by the <em>Washington Free Beacon&nbsp;<\/em>show the USAID administrator texting on her phone with a mask covering her chin, which the CDC has identified as incorrect and potentially dangerous.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1515963\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/power-mask-main.jpg\" alt width=\"736\" height=\"510\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/power-mask-main.jpg 736w, https:\/\/s4.freebeacon.com\/up\/2021\/09\/power-mask-main-300x208.jpg 300w, https:\/\/s4.freebeacon.com\/up\/2021\/09\/power-mask-main-709x491.jpg 709w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 736px) 100vw, 736px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Amtrak website makes clear that not wearing a mask while onboard its trains is a violation of federal law:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"11\">\n<p>Federal law requires all customers and employees to wear a mask at all times while onboard trains and in stations, regardless of vaccination status or state or local laws. Refusing to wear a mask is a violation of federal law; passengers may be subject to penalties under federal law, denied boarding, removed from the train and banned from future travel in the event of noncompliance.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The <em>Free Beacon<\/em> has learned that Power was not removed from the train despite her callous disrespect for not only the law, but also the health and safety of her fellow passengers.<\/p>\n<p>Power is merely the latest example of a prominent Democrat flouting the mask requirements they frequently champion.
