Of the respondents, 39% of voters believe that Biden should not resign over the Afghanistan debacle, and 9% were not sure whether the president should leave office.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" readability=\"9.2879377431907\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">32% say Biden should resign now<br \/>40% say Biden deserves to be impeached<br \/>33% say Harris is not qualified to be President<\/p>\n<p>And all of these figures are exclusively from Democrats. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/G4wvU627WD\">https:\/\/t.co\/G4wvU627WD<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Rasmussen Reports (@Rasmussen_Poll) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Rasmussen_Poll\/status\/1433079050281660422?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 1, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span>The survey of 1,000 likely U.S. voters was conducted online and over the telephone between Aug. 30-31 and has a 95% confidence level with a sampling error of +\/- 3%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Other recent polls have found the execution of the withdrawal from Afghanistan has caused the president\u2019s approval ratings to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/18\/joe-biden-approval-below-50-afghanistan-coronavirus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">drop<\/a> precipitously in a short period of time. <span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/18\/joe-biden-approval-below-50-afghanistan-coronavirus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Biden\u2019s Average Approval Falls Below 50% For The First Time As President)<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>If Biden were to resign, Vice President Kamala Harris would assume the presidency, but polls have found voters are not particularly confident in her ability to govern, either. <\/span><span>A recent survey from Rasmussen Reports found that only 43% of likely U.S. voters believe Harris is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/biden_administration\/kamala_harris_voter_approval_of_vp_declines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">qualified<\/a> to fill the president\u2019s shoes.
