(Perry Bennett\/West Virginia Legislature via AP)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Reports said the legislator <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/amp\/news\/derrick-evans-west-virginia-us-capitol-video\/\">live-streamed a video<\/a> of himself storming the U.S. Capitol, but has since deleted the footage from his Facebook page.<\/p>\n<p>Evans claimed he was only there to film history and did not have any negative interaction with law enforcement or participate in any destruction.
