Airlines have said they will work with law enforcement to identify those who participated in breaching the Capitol.<\/p>\n<p>Some of Thursday\u2019s protesters commented on the incident that unfolded the day before, noting \u201cit was blown out of proportion.\u201d Many demonstrators suggested the people who stormed the Capitol were frustrated with their voices not being heard by lawmakers in Congress, who refused to take allegations of voter fraud seriously.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, more than 6,000 National Guard troops are being deployed to Washington, D.C. this weekend ahead of the January 20 inauguration.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2354857\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 1034px;\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2354857 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/dzm0ugdauank9.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/AP21007710981583.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2354857\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-2354857\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">DC National Guard walk around the Capitol grounds, Thursday morning, Jan. 7, 2021 in Washington. (AP Photo\/Julio Cortez)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>This comes as nearby states, including Maryland, New Jersey and New York sent more than 1,000 members of their states\u2019 National Guard to help secure the Capitol.
