During a speech from the White House on Monday, Biden said since the FDA has given the Pfizer vaccine full approval, it was time for unvaccinated Americans to get their shot.<\/p>\n<p>The Democrat also urged more companies to implement vaccine mandates and asserted employees who refused to follow them should face strict testing requirements.
