Rick Scott (R-Fla.) said Joe Biden\u2019s foreign policy campaign promises have shown to be \u201call talk.\u201d In an opinion piece published on Friday, the Florida lawmaker argued Biden\u2019s failed leadership on the world stage has damaged America\u2019s reputation.<\/p>\n<p>Scott went on to say Biden\u2019s weakness has been put on display in the form of the chaotic exit from Afghanistan, which has left thousands of Americans at the mercy of the Taliban. He added since taking office, Biden has repeatedly put the U.S. in vulnerable positions.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Joe Biden utterly failed in his withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan.
