Recent studies citing those familiar with the probe said the condition called Myocarditis was rare, but has shown to be a particular risk for men under 30-years-old.<\/p>\n<p>Both the FDA and CDC have been looking into the matter. This comes after the FDA added a warning of increased risk of heart inflammation in both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines in June.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">A new study published in JAMA shows 1 in 100,000 people had vaccine-related myocarditis and 1.8 in 100,000 people had pericarditis \u2014 compared to the CDC\u2019s data that 4.8 people per 1 million suffer myocarditis after receiving a COVID vaccine.<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Q85ez24LlA\">https:\/\/t.co\/Q85ez24LlA<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Robert F.
