(Anna Moneymaker\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5>OAN Newsroom<br \/>UPDATED 3:25 PM PT \u2013 Thursday, August 19, 2021<\/h5>\n<p>A federal judge struck down Joe Biden\u2019s attempts to restrict the authority of Immigration and Customs Enforcement to arrest illegal immigrants.
