In an exclusive interview with ABC, Biden was asked if the failures in Afghanistan were due to poor intelligence, execution or judgement. Although, instead of taking responsibility for the disastrous drawback, he pointed the blame to the Afghan president and military.<\/p>\n<p>When asked what he thought after seeing recent photos out of the region, he simply said \u201cwe have to gain control of this. We have to move more quickly.\u201d Biden went on to claim there are greater threats around the world than those coming out of the mountains of Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">EXCLUSIVE: Pressed on whether the U.S.&#8217;s exit from Afghanistan could have been handled better, Pres. The Democrat has continued to push back on critique of the execution of the withdrawal, calling it a simple decision.
