They\u2019re setting a dangerous tone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden condemned threats he said recently came from protesters in places like Tennessee, calling \u201cthe intimidation and threats we\u2019re seeing across the country \u2026 wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019re unacceptable. I\u2019ve said before, this isn\u2019t about politics. It\u2019s about keeping our children safe. It\u2019s about taking on the virus together, united. I made it clear that I\u2019ll stand with those who are trying to do the right thing,\u201d the president added.<\/p>\n<p>The administration has criticized some governors, like Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who banned mask mandates in schools. The memorandum aims to ensure that \u201cthe Department of Education is doing everything it can to prevent anything from standing in the way of local leaders and school leaders taking steps to keep all students safe in full-time, in-person learning, without compromising students\u2019 health or the health of their families or communities,\u201d the White House announced.<\/p>\n<p>Federal health officials announced <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/18\/joe-biden-administration-booster-shots-vaccinated-americans-coronavirus\/\">earlier Wednesday<\/a> that <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/12\/dr-anthony-fauci-booster-shots-everyone-some-time-future\/\">booster<\/a> shots for vaccinated Americans will likely be available starting the week of Sept. 20. Biden also&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2021\/08\/18\/fact-sheet-president-biden-to-announce-new-actions-to-protect-americans-from-covid-19-and-help-state-and-local-leaders-fight-the-virus\/\">addressed this<\/a> announcement, which follows the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/12\/fda-cdc-covid-coronavirus-booster-vaccine-shot\/\">approving<\/a> the additional shot for immunocompromised people Aug. 12.<\/p>\n<p>Health and Human Services (HHS) are implementing new regulations for long-term care workers serving Medicare and Medicaid enrollees, the White House said in a fact sheet Wednesday. Biden spoke on these regulations Wednesday and declared that America is still dealing with \u201cpandemic of the unvaccinated.\u201d&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/07\/30\/biden-delta-coronavirus-restrictions-cdc\/\">(RELATED:&nbsp;President Biden Tells Americans To Expect More COVID Restrictions)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome states have already taken similar steps to protect nursing home residents, and this action will ensure consistent and equitable standards across the country.
