According to a recent report, undercover Transportation Security Administration agents successfully smuggled explosives and weapons through Minneapolis Airport checkpoints in 17 out of 18 attempts.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, TSA screeners failed 95 percent of tests to find weapons of undercover Department of Homeland Security agents at dozens of airports in the U.S. Former FAA Special Agent Brian Sullivan argued the TSA hasn\u2019t learned from what occurred in 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Sullivan went on to add they have been making the same mistakes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou say what\u2019s changed? The players have changed. The fa\u00e7ade of security still exits.
