Forty-eight percent disapprove of Biden&#8217;s military actions in the country, while just 40 percent approve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The findings came as Biden prepared to address the American public on the ongoing crisis, cutting short his Camp David vacation. While Biden reportedly planned to wait a &#8220;few days&#8221; to discuss the fiasco, he returned to the White House Monday afternoon as U.S. evacuation efforts at the Kabul airport spiraled into a frenzy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Just hours before Biden&#8217;s scheduled speech, the White House released <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/joshrogin\/status\/1427325804611096579\"><span>talking points<\/span><\/a><span> on the issue, which state that the administration planned for a &#8220;quick fall&#8221; of Kabul.
