Now, what they want to do if they achieve that isolation, I think only they can speak to. But you can see a certain effort to \u2014 to isolate Kabul. It is not unlike the way they\u2019ve operated in other places of the country, isolating provincial capitals, and sometimes being able to force a surrender without necessarily much bloodshed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can\u2019t speak for what their intentions are,\u201d he said. \u201cWhat I can tell you is that we\u2019re taking the situation seriously, and that\u2019s one of the reasons why we moved these forces, or we\u2019re moving these forces into Kabul to assist with this particular mission, because we know that time is a precious commodity here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>WATCH:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"11.836734693878\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">WATCH: The Taliban &#8220;are trying to isolate Kabul.
