On Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki unveiled a series of steps the Department of Homeland Security is taking to secure the border and assist migrants in seeking asylum.<\/p>\n<p>Psaki mentioned one step to mitigate the border crisis would be the relocation of migrants from where they cross to other parts of the country. \u201cLateral flights, which is a newer step that we have started to take, which is moving migrants from one part of the border to another where there might be more processing capability or facility capacity to expel migrants under Title 42,\u201d said Psaki.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">DOOCY: &#8220;People are coming in record numbers.
