A group of Republicans, led by Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas), sent a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/519478505\/8-9-21-GOP-letter-to-Mayorkas#from_embed\">letter<\/a> to the DHS secretary on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The group of lawmakers asked the DHS to report how many migrants have entered the U.S. this year as well as how many were either deported or released.
