Reports said the Food and Drug Administration is expected to make the announcement in the coming month, advising people with weakened immune systems to receive a third shot.<\/p>\n<p>This comes as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention director said the agency will use evidence, such as immune responses and vaccine effectiveness, to come to a decision on booster shots.
