Anna Puglisi, Senior Fellow at the Center for Security and Emerging Technology at Georgetown University, added we should believe China when they tell us they hope to overcome us.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet me be clear, China says it will use any knowledge or technology it acquires for its military.
