Andrew Cuomo (D) could face jail time after one of his accusers filed a criminal complaint against him. The victim, identified as \u201cexecutive assistant #1,\u201d met with law enforcement in Albany on Thursday before filing the complaint against the Democrat.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, she laid out a detailed timeline of events, as well as evidence of multiple incidents of alleged sexual assault she encountered while working for the governor. Albany County sheriff\u2019s officials said they may arrest Cuomo if the allegations are substantiated.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, Cuomo\u2019s lawyers responded publicly on Friday to the state attorney general\u2019s damning report on Cuomo\u2019s sexual misconduct, claiming the investigation was conducted in a manner to support a predetermined narrative.
