Bob Gibbs sent a letter to House GOP leadership and the entire conference Friday urging serious consideration on articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden over his CDC eviction moratorium and failure to handle the crisis at the border.<\/p>\n<p>The letter, which was first obtained by the Daily Caller, calls on Republicans to consider impeaching Biden over the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/03\/biden-yellen-housing-restrictions-moratorium-eviction-pelosi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eviction moratorium<\/a> targeting only areas with \u201cheightened\u201d levels of community transmission and Biden\u2019s handling of the border crisis, mentioning the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/03\/peter-doocy-challenges-biden-untested-unvaccinated-migrants-crossing-border\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">surge of migrants<\/a> who continue to enter the U.S. illegally who could have COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>In the letter, Gibbs said Biden \u201ccontinues to disregard his constitutional duties and boundaries\u201d and asked his Republican colleagues to consider \u201ca sober, evidence-based discussion regarding impeachment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters Wednesday that Biden is \u201cconfident\u201d his administration\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/05\/landlords-joe-biden-cdc-eviction-moratorium-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eviction moratorium<\/a> is legal, despite him and <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/04\/biden-eviction-moratorium-cdc-legal-psaki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">other White House officials<\/a> saying that might not be the case Monday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ THE LETTER HERE:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"View (DAILY CALLER OBTAINED) -- Rep. His actions on the border represent a negligence in keeping America secure.
