In an effort to ensure the emotional well-being and physical safety of the children, the court orders that all of Mr. Younger\u2019s possession periods shall be continuously supervised by Forensic Counseling Services \u2026 at Mr. Younger\u2019s sole cost and expense.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As The Texan noted, Brown \u201cawarded Georgulas exclusive control over James\u2019 primary residence, counseling, medications, education, and extracurricular activities.\u201d The outlet continued:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"16.805936073059\">\n<p><em>The <a href=\"https:\/\/thetexan.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/GEORGULAS_TRO_with_Extraordinary_Relief_and_Order_Setting_Hearing_for_Temporary_Orders.pdf\">order<\/a> adds that Georgulas is allowed to withhold information from Mr. Younger \u201cregarding the children\u2019s extracurricular activities, school functions, school enrollment, counseling, and medical care.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Brown\u2019s order makes one caveat in Mr. Younger\u2019s favor: Georgulas has the exclusive right to consent to James\u2019 medical procedures except for hormone suppression therapy, puberty blockers, or transgender reassignment surgery.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Though Georgulas\u2019 attorney Jessica Janicek maintained the ruling had nothing to do with the child\u2019s alleged gender issues, Younger\u2019s attorney David Hanschen said: \u201cTo downplay that this is but for the gender issue is absolutely misleading and wrong. This is all about the gender issue in this case. And it\u2019s about the parents\u2019 ability to cope with and deal with this situation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Younger\u2019s \u201cSave James\u201d Facebook page on Wednesday commented on the ruling: \u201cJudge Mary Brown ruled against the safety and protection of James and [brother] Jude. Supervised visitation with their own dad at Jeff\u2019s expense.&nbsp;As of today, no communication with their beloved daddy!&nbsp;Dr. Fletcher\u2019s dishonest report has prompted Anne to file an Ex Parte Temporary Restraining order to prevent Jeff from seeing or even speaking with his sons. The child abusers say James and Jude are afraid of Jeff!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPRAY!\u201d the page added.<\/p>\n<p>Younger\u2019s case echoes that of Brenton Netz, who recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/father-considers-lawsuit-against-gender-clinic-for-affirming-9-year-old-autistic-son-as-transgender-lesbian\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">detailed<\/a> to The Daily Wire the uphill battle he has faced trying to prevent his young son from being inducted into what he described as the \u201cstate-sanctioned cult\u201d of the trans ideology. As The Daily Wire reported:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"32.587196467991\">\n<p><em>During an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Z2fEK3huCsQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online discussion<\/a> in June, [Netz and Younger] reflected soberly on how they feel nearly every institution is stacked against them.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Both men have been particularly frustrated with the family court system. Letters from CentraCare that Netz provided to The Daily Wire repeatedly defer to the family court when he protests his son\u2019s treatment. Netz said the court, in turn, would urge him and his son\u2019s mother to work it out and \u201cexhaust every remedy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Because they disagree with their sons\u2019 mothers so profoundly on such fundamental issues, Netz and Younger conceded that the legal system is effectively designed to render one parent a winner and the other a loser. As Younger pointed out, the law and the courts typically side with the mother.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>According to a court memorandum Netz provided to The Daily Wire, one judge warned that a stalemate between the two parents could result in the court amending the legal custody arrangement.
