The <a href=\"https:\/\/ottawacitizen.com\/news\/local-news\/margaret-trudeaus-cuban-memory-the-dictator-who-cuddled-her-baby\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ottawa Citizen<\/a> identifies the baby shown in the photo as Michel Trudeau, the younger brother of Justin Trudeau.
